I've been watching the american election coverage as much as I can. Probably because I caught literally 0 of the Canadian election coverage, though not from lack of trying.

So far I think we're back to the same issue we had when Bush and Kerry squared off. We have 2 evils vying for power which is the lesser of the 2 evils.

Joe Biden was chosen as Obama's running mate. I have to admit he does have years of experience and I think he could be president if the need ever arose, though thankfully only short term. I see in him what I have always seen. Someone out of touch with society making laws and promises based on who funded them.

Obama being younger, seems to be more in touch with society. he certainly seems to know about the net neutrality issues, he uses a blackberry. Overall he just seems to be in touch with the voters. But the key word is SEEMS. I honestly wonder how much he really is in touch with the common man.

I won't make a comparison to Joe the Plumber who I think is an idiot. I just wonder if Obama fully grasps issues and can really bring about change or will he bring a train wreck.

Palin needs to be removed from this election. As much as I wonder how much of a train wreck Obama would bring she would bring about even worse atrocities. This is a woman who is cold, uncaring. Who is so set in her ancient views I think she could probably quote the bible in ancient Arabic. And ooo oo she hunt. From a fucking helicopter so there is ZERO sport to it.

She has shown me she has has no concept of what people want, no concept about the environment and that she is firmly in the camp that believes unless you 100% agree with everything the president says or does, your not a patriot.

McCain to me is another worry as hes an ailing, ancient man. Even more out of touch with the rest of the world then the other 3 candidates combined. I truly fear him in power as I believe he will lead America further down the whole it has dug for himself.

So who will I vote for? No one. I'm Canadian and very happy about that right now.
