The Incredible Hulk Review - Not Spoiler Free

So I saw The Incredible Hulk the other day and have to say it is 1000 times better then the original HUlk.

For Starter's Hulk's origins have a new twist to them but they don't spend too much time on it. Essentially Hulk was created with a modified version of the super soldier serum used to create Captain America.

Banner tested on himself and boom Hulk is born.

As to the actors themselves, they do a much better job then the previous actors. Liv Tyler, no one believes is a cellular biologist. But she does a good job being eye candy, not too mention she shows a lot more emotion the Jennifer Connelly. When she sees the Hulk, she's afraid but is also drawn to him, its Bruce after all. Not Jennifer's whole, wow this is sorta cool let me yawn look she had the entire movie.

A nice touch is there are a lot of things added to give a nod to the tv show with Bill Bixby. They have Bill Bixby on tv from an old 70's show. Lou Ferigno makes an appearance as a security guard who talks, and of course Stan Lee is in it. They even play the music from the TV show.

There are a lot of comic book aspects to the movie but hey it is the Hulk so that can be forgiven. For example the army bring is devices that blast the Hulk with sound waves. I don't think they have anything like that today.

My dislikes are the cgi. I found it too dirty. I didn't know if the Hulk was green or grey half the time. But he didn't look anywhere near as cartoony as last time. Not too mention the casting of Liv Tyler. But at least she did a decent job.

My best likes was the return to the comic book classic. That being the huge difference between Hulk And Banner but how they both want something similar. To explain. In the movie and in the comics, Banner wants to cure himself of the Hulk. He leads half a life. Always on the run, always under cover. He can't allow himself to experience strong emotions. If he does he'll turn big and green and become a monster. Imagine yourself, if you had to deny yourself a lof of things you take for granted. And you'll understand what I mean.

The Hulk on the other hand can never lead a normal life. He can't walk into a restaurant and order sushi. He experiences all emotions on a huge scale, and approaches everything with a child like wonder (that isn't trying to kill him). He really does want the world to just leave him alone so he can have a quiet moment.

One guy who wants to have emotions back, one guy who would rather be calm and emotionless if you get my drift and it does well in the movie Smiling

Bottom line, you'll be entertained if you see this movie folks. Have fun.

Does this make me a bad person...

Finishing reading this, the first thing that came to mind was:

HULK WANT SUSHI!!!!!

>.<

That is all, move along.
